Editorial, Information Letter 70

In this issue, we will present an agreement of cooperation with the University of Garoua, Cameroon. Then we will discuss the importance of AI in higher education around the world. In a first paper, Prof. Alain Mille will give his opinion on AI plagiarism in academic writing. Finally, Prof. Yves Livian will provide an update on the charters regarding the use of generative AI, particularly for students and researchers.

To conclude this issue, we will present a book written by a colleague, a former scientific attaché at the embassy, on “Nomadic Science in the Service of Diplomacy.”

Wishing you happy reading.
