Editorial 78

In this issue, we present an innovative project in Burundi aimed at authentic and sustainable development in this country, based on the enhancement of its human and intellectual skills, which is seeking other international partners along with USF.

Next, the ECIU project for academic integrity will be presented, with an innovative approach that cleverly links the teacher as a conveyer of knowledge, and the mentor in terms of motivating students to engage in scientific questioning.

In a different vein, we will look at the upheavals caused by AI in China, which is completely reorganizing its educational programs and even redefining the missions of the universities in that country.

Finally, we will analyze the so-called Szilard Point effects on research funding, that is, when the costs of preparing applications outweigh the expected benefits.

Enjoy your reading.
